In Futurebound, the player guides a student through the transition from middle school to high school, nurturing their interests and career ambitions in order to prepare them for the challenges of college and beyond. Each year the character has tasks that she must complete, people to talk to, and new parts of her school that she can explore. Each year she delves deeper into her passions and uses them to create new identities for herself.
