Project Description

Nod is a twine game about the story of Cain and Abel, experimenting with themes of disillusionment, discovery, and avoidance. In a world where everything is new, time is loose and irregular and allows the narrator to hide her thoughts until she is ready to examine them.

The text of Nod was adapted by an unpublished short story Deeper Things that I wrote in 2007 as a part of Olympia Vernon’s Imaginative Writing I course at Willamette University.
